Laura Plahuta brings her extensive experience as a Yoga Instructor and Energetic Alignment Coach to every session. With a background in athletics and holistic wellness, Laura’s teaching style nurtures both body and mind. Her classes create a safe, uplifting space for intentional movement, emotional healing, and enhanced performance - on the mat and in daily life.
