How Emotional Clearing Works
Emotional Clearing is a highly transformative process designed to support you in releasing heavy emotions, limiting beliefs, and energetic blockages that may be impacting your well-being and holding you back in life.

During the session, your practitioner will utilize muscle testing to help you identify areas of emotional or energetic congestion. This commonly shows up as heaviness in the chest, shoulders, stomach or various other body parts. It may also show up as an overactive mind with intrusive thoughts or specific emotions that feel heavy such as fear, anxiety or low self esteem.
2. Emotional Release
After brief somatic exploration, the clearing process involves releasing stored emotions and blockages from your body, mind, and/or energy field. Emotions are released utilizing gentle pressure on specific acupressure and neurolymphatic reflex points on the body, along with focused breathing. This approach helps to facilitate the release of emotional tension and restore balance.
3. Integration
After clearing, you may experience changes in how you feel and think. It’s important to allow yourself time to integrate these shifts. Practitioners often recommend self-care practices, such as hydration, relaxation, and body scan meditations to support this process.
