Laura Plahuta is an Energetic Alignment Coach who supports ambitious souls eager to break free from their past conditioning and societal norms holding them back from living a life that lights their soul on fire.
She utilizes various holistic modalities to facilitate transformation for people including The Spiral which is a unique modality that combines eastern and western techniques to clear past emotional patterning keeping you living in loops of dissatesfaction so you can find more joy in lifes creation.
She is also a certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Nidra Meditation Guide and Reiki Master.
